We're looking for chefs who:

  • Have at least two years' experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Take pride in producing great food
  • Can confidently step into different kitchens and work as part of the team
  • Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Are reliable, professional and passionate about what they do

A driving licence is helpful for some assignments but isn't essential for every role.
