40–45 hours per week | Mix of straight shifts and splits
Perfect Recruitment are currently working with a quality restaurant in the Rufford / Ormskirk area who are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh, quality ingredients and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.
The Role
- Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
- Working across your designated section
- Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness
- Managing stock levels and minimising wastage
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen brigade
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress
- Solid fresh food / quality restaurant background
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
- A genuine passion for producing quality food
- Drivers preferred due to the location
