Perfect Recruitment are working with a well-established countryside hotel in the Durham area, currently looking for a strong Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a high-volume operation covering restaurant service, functions, events, and hotel dining, so you’ll need to be confident working across multiple areas while maintaining calm, consistent delivery.
The role: You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef, taking a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll help lead the team, support junior chefs, maintain standards, and ensure consistent quality across all sections.
