Perfect Recruitment are proud to be working with a busy and well-established countryside hotel in the Durham area, currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team. A new Executive Chef has recently come on board and is focused on building a strong, committed core brigade capable of driving standards, developing the food offering, and supporting the hotel's future growth plans. This is a high-volume operation with multiple revenue streams, including restaurant service, events, functions and hotel guests.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining consistency under pressure and contributing to a positive team culture. As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, supporting service, maintaining kitchen standards and helping to deliver quality food across the business.
