Job Title: Environmental & Sustainability Consultant
Location: Hybrid & Chorley Office
Type: Part-Time (pro-rata salary)
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year (pro-rata)
The Role
We are looking for a part-time Environmental & Sustainability Consultant to:
- Develop and implement ISO management systems for environmental, energy, and sustainable events.
- Conduct audits, deliver training, and support sustainability initiatives across clients.
- Manage internal carbon footprint reporting across all emission scopes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Line-manage postgraduate interns and represent the company at networking events.
- Travel internationally within the EU and USA (as required).
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline.
- Membership of IEMA, Energy Institute, or equivalent.
- Lead ISO 14001 Auditor qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and project management experience.
- Full clean driving licence, vehicle access, and unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
