Perfect Recruitment is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager for a premium, award-winning seasonal country inn in a beautiful rural location. The Role:
- Support the General Manager in all day-to-day operations
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Deputise in the GM’s absence and drive business performance
