Temporary Recruitment Consultant
Ad Hoc Hours Throughout the Summer. Could lead to ongoing
Due to a busy summer period and to provide holiday cover, Perfect Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team on a flexible, ad hoc basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous recruitment experience who is looking for flexible hours to fit around other commitments.
Duties
- Calling and supporting clients
- Filling temporary bookings
- Working alongside our existing consultants to provide desk cover
- Sending booking confirmations
- Candidate reference checking
- Compliance and administration
- General recruitment support as required
About You
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Hours
There are no set hours. Work will be offered as required throughout the summer, providing flexibility for the right person.
Location
Based in Buckshaw Village, Chorley.
