This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen team within a well-respected hotel that boasts a 1 AA Rosette restaurant and a strong reputation for quality food and service.

Working under the guidance of the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel's restaurant and events operation. With a strong brigade already in place, this role would suit an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to further develop their skills within a quality-led environment.

The Role

  • Take responsibility for your designated section during service
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the high standards expected within a Rosette environment
  • Assist with food preparation, mise en place and service delivery
  • Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
  • Support senior chefs with menu development and seasonal changes
  • Ensure all food hygiene, allergen and health & safety standards are adhered to
  • Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team
  • Assist with stock rotation, wastage control and kitchen organisation

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food kitchen
  • Rosette experience is desirable but not essential
  • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
