The Role

  • Prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast service for hotel guests
  • Cook both buffet and made-to-order breakfast items
  • Ensure all breakfast offerings are presented to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain stock levels and organisation within your section
  • Carry out food preparation for the main kitchen following breakfast service
  • Support the wider brigade with mise en place for restaurant and events operations
  • Adhere to all food safety, allergen and health & safety regulations
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

About You

  • Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within a fresh-food kitchen
  • Comfortable working early morning shifts
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen best practices
  • Passionate about quality ingredients and consistent standards
  • Positive attitude and strong team ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and professional in your approach
  • Hotel or Rosette experience would be advantageous but is not essential
