We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a high-end, stylish boutique restaurant in the Greater Manchester area. The Role
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading from the front in a fast-paced fresh food environment.
- Maintain consistently high standards while developing and motivating a strong kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full kitchen operation.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
- Drive consistency in a busy fresh food environment.
- Train, mentor and develop the kitchen team.
- Manage GP margins, stock control and kitchen labour.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with senior management to continue driving the business forward.

- Strong background in busy, high-volume dining venues.

Package
- £50,000 - £52,000 basic salary.
- Bonus and tips taking package to approximately £58,000 - £60,000.
