A fantastic countryside hotel in the Durham area is looking for a strong Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge within a quality-driven hotel environment.

You will be supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the team during service, maintaining high standards, and helping deliver consistently strong food across the business.
