Perfect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie / CDP to join a busy, fresh food venue on the outskirts of Chorley, Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a high-volume professional kitchen and is confident preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard. Previous experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential, as you will be working as part of a fast-paced brigade with a strong focus on quality, consistency and service.
The Role
- Prepare, cook and present fresh food to a high standard
- Work efficiently within a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Support the senior chefs during busy service periods
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen procedures
- Keep your section clean, organised and fully prepared for service
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen brigade

About You
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
- Essential experience within a high-volume, fresh food kitchen
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a busy kitchen team

Salary & Benefits
