Technical Claims Advisor

Technical Claims Advisor required in Harlow, Essex.

In this exciting role as a Technical Claims Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by utilizing both your automotive mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist customers in processing warranty claims on numerous portfolios.

Details & Benefits of this Technical Claims Advisor role include:

1. Week Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
2. 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 9.00am to 1.00pm.
3. Basic Salary up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
4. 20 days annual leave increasing with length of service (plus Bank Holidays).

6. Pension contributions: 4% employee and 4% employer.

Duties/Responsibilities Involved in this Technical Claims Advisor Role:

1. Guiding customers through the relevant warranty claims process.
2. Working with both internal and external customers to resolve issues.
3. Using your ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness and to negotiate at all levels.
4. Resolving claims across various platforms: telephone, email, and online.
5. Understanding customers’ requirements and ensuring they are dealt with in a positive and professional manner.
6. Maintaining company service levels.
7. Providing professional and friendly service.

Candidates with a professional track record as a Vehicle Technician or experienced Service Advisors from within the motor trade are welcome to apply.
