Responsibilities of this Automotive Production Manager role: Oversee and lead production operations, making sure timescales and standards are met. Guide and develop a team of technicians and fitters. Improve efficiency in processes where possible. Manage resources and efficiently without compromising product quality. Ensure health and safety regulations are enforced and industry standards are complied with. Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.Requirements of this Automotive Production Manager role: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or similar field.
