We are currently supporting a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Trainee Paint Sprayer / Spray Applicator based in Evesham (WR11). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. You will receive hands-on training from highly experienced paint specialists, starting with preparation techniques and progressing to become a skilled paint sprayer.
The Role
- Preparing items for spraying (cleaning, scraping, sanding as required)
- Assisting with and eventually carrying out spray-painting to a high standard
- Conducting quality inspections of finished products
- Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient production processes
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills

- Previous manufacturing experience desirable (but not essential)
- No previous paint spraying experience required - full training provided.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Friday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM
- Saturday (Overtime): 6:00AM - 10:00AM
Pay Rates
- £13.00 per hour (starting rate)
- £19.50 per hour (after 40 hours / Saturday overtime)
- £26.00 per hour (Bank Holidays)
