We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and help develop junior consultants.
The Role
- Win new business and grow existing client accounts
- Earn 10% commission on your billings
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy to placement
- Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships
- Consistently hit and exceed billing targets
- Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your experience and knowledge
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment
- A proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated
- A proactive approach with the drive to win
- Full UK driving licence
