Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26-29K basic (Dependent on experience) + commission, 40% on Permanent placements. Join Our Team. We are hiring at Perfect Personnel for someone looking to get into recruitment or already in it and looking for a new opportunity. The role is based at our head office in Redditch— ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the fast paced recruitment environment.

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM – 16:30PM
• Friday: 9:00AM – 16:00PM
• Every other Friday off

Role Overview

• Managing and building a desk
• Sales calls, door knocking, emails etc.
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates into temporary or permanent roles
• Dealing with all aspects of the recruitment process.
• On call duties
