Due to significant growth, Perfect Personnel are seeking motivated telemarketers to join our client’s busy team in Solihull. This is a temp-to-perm role with immediate starts available and excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Location: Solihull (B90) - local candidates only
Hours: Minimum 3 days per week including Monday and Friday, with shifts of at least 5 hours (excluding breaks) - Full Time Days & Hours also available
Salary: Competitive base pay + commission (weekly and monthly bonuses available)
Role Overview: As a telemarketer, you will work on behalf of our client, contacting businesses to:
- Generate leads and update company records
- Complete telephone surveys with customers
- Make 100% outbound calls to target lists
- Meet daily dial targets and sales objectives
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, confident on the phone, and enjoys working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses on client lists
- Accurately record information and update databases
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and follow scripts where required
- Meet daily dial and target goals
- Support the team in achieving campaign objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a clear telephone voice
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Resilient and confident when making outbound calls
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Solihull (B90)

- Part-time: £125–£225/month
- Full-time: £1,500–£2,700/year
