We are seeking an experienced Senior Halo PSA Administrator to take full ownership of our PSA platform during a critical phase of transformation and growth. This is a key role where you will act as the Halo PSA subject matter expert, responsible for configuration, workflow design, CMDB integrity, automation, reporting, and platform governance. You will play a central role in ensuring Halo becomes the operational backbone of service delivery, billing accuracy, and performance insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, administer, and optimise Halo PSA across the organisation
- Design and implement workflows, automation, and service processes within Halo
- Maintain CMDB integrity, asset relationships, and data accuracy
- Lead PSA migration and platform improvement initiatives
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting within Halo
- Manage integrations with supporting service and operational tools
- Drive automation, efficiency, and best practice adoption
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Halo PSA administration experience (essential)
- 3–5+ years administering PSA platforms within an MSP or managed services environment
- Proven experience designing workflows, automation, and CMDB structures in Halo
- Experience migrating or transforming PSA platforms
- Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL frameworks
