Location: Hybrid (Territory: Midlands & South East)

Salary: Up to £40k basic

Requirement: 1 day per week in a local office

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive New Business acquisition within the mid-market enterprise sector. This is a strategic "hunter" role focused on high-value digital transformations. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, converting cold prospects into long-term strategic partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Territory Growth: Identify and penetrate "new logo" accounts using a mix of self-generation and pre-qualified leads from our internal lead-gen engine.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Conduct discovery sessions to architect tailored ecosystems across UCaaS (3CX/Zoom) and CCaaS (Five9).
  • High-Value Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly new business targets through disciplined pipeline management and executive-level closing.
  • Executive Engagement: Navigate complex decision-making units to negotiate at C-suite and Director levels.
  • Market Insight: Stay at the forefront of the UK PSTN switch-off and emerging cloud trends to position our solutions as industry-leading.
