Overview
If you are a hands-on Telecoms engineer who thrives on variety, loves solving technical puzzles on-site, and wants to step away from repetitive bench-work, this is the role you’ve been looking for. Perfect Path Recruitment is representing a fast-growing industry leader in innovative communication and CX platforms as they expand their UK footprint. - Service Desk & Remote Support
- Provide remote technical assistance to the Service Desk when you are not actively deployed on a customer site.
- Investigate and resolve support tickets covering broadband, hosted voice, SIP, and general core connectivity faults.
- Own client communication, managing troubleshooting expectations and escalating complex issues appropriately when required.
- Client Representation
- Act as a professional ambassador on-site, translating complex technical issues into clear language for non-technical clients.
- Build trusted customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy.

- Excellent communication skills with a reliable, proactive attitude toward managing an independent workload.
- A valid, Full UK Driving Licence with a willingness to travel nationwide.
