As Perfect Moment enters its next phase of global growth, we are seeking a Senior Global PR Manager to help shape and elevate our international presence.
THE ROLE
The Senior Global PR Manager will own & lead Perfect Moment's global public relations and influencer strategy, acting as a key guardian of the brand's narrative across priority markets, with a strong focus on the US & UK. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced global PR leader who combines strategic vision with creative storytelling and impeccable execution. You will come with an established media and influencer network. You have excellent stakeholder management skills - this role requires close collaboration with both the founders and senior team. You will manage external agencies, and build powerful relationships across media, influencer, and VIP networks to drive brand heat, desirability, and commercial impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global PR Strategy & Brand Storytelling: Define and deliver a best‑in‑class global PR strategy aligned with Perfect Moment’s brand vision, commercial objectives, and cultural positioning. Shape compelling, fashion‑forward brand narratives that resonate across international markets while maintaining a cohesive global voice. Oversee all press materials, ensuring consistency, quality, and luxury positioning across touchpoints. Lead PR campaigns supporting seasonal collections, product launches, collaborations, and special projects.
- Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Cultivate and maintain strong, senior‑level relationships with top‑tier fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and business media across the US, UK and key global markets. Secure high‑impact editorial coverage, features, interviews, and placements in premium publications. Proactively identify cultural moments and media opportunities to position Perfect Moment as a leading voice in luxury ski and après‑ski. Develop and execute a global influencer and VIP strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with high‑profile influencers, celebrities, tastemakers, and brand ambassadors aligned with Perfect Moment’s aesthetic and values. Strengthen Perfect Moment’s position as the luxury ski and lifestyle brand of choice through strategic partnerships and long‑term relationships. Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns, focusing on reach, engagement, brand impact, and conversion.
- Agency Leadership & Market Management: Lead and manage external VIP gifting agency, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with global strategy. Act as the senior point of contact for agency partners, providing clear direction, feedback, and performance evaluation. Ensure local market activity supports and enhances the global brand narrative.
- Events, Activations & Collaborations: Plan and oversee global PR events, including press days, launches, international trips, and brand collaborations. Partner closely with marketing, social, and commercial teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns with strong PR amplification.
- Reporting & Performance: Track and analyse PR and influencer performance, including media coverage, social metrics, UVPM, and campaign ROI. Prepare clear, strategic reports for senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of PR on brand awareness, desirability, and growth.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- 6–8+ years’ experience in PR, with a strong focus on luxury, performance lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience leading PR activity across multiple international markets, with deep knowledge of the US and UK media landscapes.
- Established relationships with top‑tier editors, journalists, influencers, and VIPs within luxury fashion and lifestyle.
- Experience managing global agencies and delivering high‑impact international campaigns.
