My client is a very forward thinking and progressive organisation who are seeking an experienced IT Purchasing Assistant, Buyer to join their team. Part of a national group, you will be responsible for purchasing all equipment for clients including servers, laptops, software licences etc. Seeking a proactive experienced IT Purchasing, Procurement specialist to join this progressive company based in Watford, Herts. The company has a low turnover in staff and is looking for an individual who wants to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing all IT related products for customers, stock and office use including servers, laptops, Internet lines, software licences.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers.
- Liaising with customers regarding their IT requirements.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Communicating with the Workshop Engineer on all incoming orders.
- Maintain stock levels using Connectwise CRM system.
- Working closely with the MD regarding customer requests.
