Perfect Household Staff are delighted to be assisting a friendly and welcoming family based in West London in their search for a professional, discreet and proactive Part-Time Live-Out Housekeeper. The household is located in a well-connected residential area with excellent local amenities, schools and transport links. The family resides in a modern multi-level townhouse and are seeking a dependable professional who will help maintain their home to a consistently high standard while integrating seamlessly into a respectful and organised family environment.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness, order and efficiency across all living spaces while ensuring a calm and discreet presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed housekeeping, laundry and organisational tasks, with occasional assistance required for local school pick-ups when necessary. The family are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative and can manage household routines independently while respecting the privacy and rhythm of the home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property to a consistently high housekeeping standard across all floors and living spaces
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, polishing and surface care
- Complete full laundry management including washing, ironing, folding and wardrobe organisation
- Organise cupboards, wardrobes, pantry areas and storage spaces with a meticulous approach
- Maintain bedding and linen care routines
- Monitor household supplies and assist with general household organisation
- Provide occasional basic meal preparation when requested
- Assist with local car school pick-ups on occasion (short distances only)
- Work proactively and independently while maintaining discretion within the family home
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise daily household tasks
Minimal Requirements:
- Three or more Years of Private Housekeeper Experience
- Excellent Checkable References
- UK driving licence (Confident driver)
- Conversational English
- UK Working Permit
