Perfect Household Staff LTD is seeking a professional, polished and service‑oriented Live‑in Housekeeper / Guest Services Professional to play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a beautifully refurbished luxury property in Old Windsor, Berkshire.

- Working hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with flexibility
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full housekeeping of an eight‑bedroom luxury residence, maintaining impeccable standards throughout
- Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and linen management
- Preparing the property for guest arrivals and completing post‑departure resets
- Meeting and welcoming guests on arrival, providing orientation to the property
- Acting as a point of contact for guests during their stay for on‑site assistance
- Managing guest check‑ins and check‑outs in coordination with the Estate Manager
- Monitoring household supplies and reporting maintenance or inventory needs

Minimum Requirements:
