RUSSIAN-SPEAKING NANNY

Perfect Household Staff are delighted to present a fantastic full‑time live‑out Nanny position for a warm, professional Russian‑speaking family based in London. The family have a six‑month‑old daughter and are seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny who can become a trusted and long‑term part of their household. The role is based in a highly desirable London location with excellent transport links, making the position easily accessible by public transport.

Working as a Nanny in this household will suit a confident and career‑focused childcare professional with strong experience in infant care. The role is fully sole charge and centres around supporting the child’s development through structured routines, age‑appropriate activities, and a calm, nurturing environment. The family place high value on reliability, responsibility, and emotional intelligence, particularly as both parents will be returning to full‑time work and travelling for professional commitments closer to May.

Type: Permanent, Full‑Time, Live‑Out

Working Days: Monday to Friday; 5 days a week

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm (50 hours/week)

Language: Native Russian, conversational English

Children: Girl, 6 months old

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 gross per annum

Location: Holloway Road, Islington, London

Starting Date: Mid-March 2026

Duties of the Nanny:

• Providing full sole‑charge care for a six‑month‑old child
• Establishing and maintaining daily routines including feeding, naps, and play
• Supporting early childhood development through age‑appropriate activities and interaction
• Creating a fully Russian‑speaking environment within the home to support bilingual development
• Preparing bottles and baby meals in line with parental guidance
• Maintaining the child’s areas to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
• Monitoring developmental milestones and communicating progress with parents
• Working closely with parents to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• Supporting the family during transition periods as parents return to work

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience working as a Nanny in private households
• Two excellent, checkable references
• Native Russian speaker with conversational English
• Valid UK right to work
• Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid
