Overview
Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present this permanent full-time live-out housekeeper role in Peper Harow, Surrey. The family consists of two principals, their teenage son, and two Golden Retrievers. A private chef is employed. The household is run with warmth, discretion, and respect.
As the family travels, the Housekeeper will have periods where the household is quieter, requiring mainly maintenance-level housekeeping and care for the dogs. During these times, flexibility and initiative are valued. The role requires discretion, energy, and confidence in managing a large residence.
Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Laundry management, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
- Care of fine furnishings, antiques, and artwork with appropriate products
- Bed-making, linen changes
- Occasional light meal/snack prep
- Supervising the two Golden Retrievers, with occasional overnight care when the family is away
- Maintaining order and cleanliness across formal and informal areas of the home
- Supporting the smooth running of the household
