It is within this exceptional setting that our client — a warm and well-established private family of five — is seeking an experienced, discreet, and well-presented temporary Chauffeur to support their household during a busy summer season. With seniors and their independent children based between Mayfair and occasional countryside retreats, this is a wonderful opportunity to join a household that values flexibility, professionalism, and genuine care for the comfort of every family member. Working as a private Chauffeur is a uniquely rewarding role that goes well beyond simply driving from A to B. It calls for someone who takes real pride in vehicle care, presentation, and punctuality, while also bringing the flexibility, discretion, and warmth needed to support a busy household. Typical duties include collecting and transporting family members to appointments, social engagements, and events, ensuring vehicles are immaculately maintained and prepared for use, and assisting with errands such as shopping, deliveries, and luggage handling. This particular role is wonderfully varied — no two days look quite the same, and the right candidate will enjoy being a trusted, integral part of the household team.

Working Hours: 8–12 hours per day (paid for 12 hours); significant standby/downtime built into the role

Duties
- Safely and professionally driving the family's principals, including operating a luxury Bentley Continental for formal occasions
- Driving and maintaining the household's everyday vehicle (Jaguar) for general household running, including grocery shopping and collections
- Ensuring all vehicles — including those used by other family members — are kept clean, fuelled, and fully prepared for use
- Polishing and presenting vehicles to an exceptional standard, including occasional care of retro vehicles when required
- Assisting with luggage handling during the family's travel periods, including coordinating with separate luggage vehicles
- Collecting food orders and deliveries as required, including evening meal collections
