Our client is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to manage an extensive caseload spanning divorce and separation, high‑net‑worth financial matters, private childcare arrangements, non‑molestation and occupation orders, public law care proceedings and cohabitation disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Take full instructions, prepare statements and draft consent orders.
- Manage disclosure, engage in case conferences and prepare bundles for hearings.
- Represent clients at court.
- Collaborate with barristers, social workers, mediators and other professionals to ensure all matters progress efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with solid Family Law experience.
- Knowledge of both public and private family matters.
- Experience in safeguarding domestic abuse cases and financial remedy work.
- Confident advocacy skills.
- Strong drafting, organisation and case management skills.
