Salary: £28,568.80 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Guaranteed Hours)

Shift Pattern:

• Monday: 7:15am - 4:45pm
• Tuesday: 7:15am - 4:45pm
• Thursday: 7:15am - 4:45pm
• Friday: 7:15am - 4:45pm
• Alternate Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Provide dedicated 1-2-1 support to an individual within their own home
• Offer companionship and social interaction throughout the shift
• Support with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks where required
• Provide medication prompts in accordance with agreed care plans
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to the management team
• Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
• Ensure a safe, comfortable and positive environment for the service user

• Reliability and commitment to a consistent shift pattern
• Availability to work the specified rota, including alternate Saturdays
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship)
• Experienced and non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training
