Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Out of Hours (OOH) Care Coordinator to join our team in Spennymoor. The OOH Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating care services during weekends, ensuring that our clients receive continuous and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage care services during weekends.
