Reablement Care Worker - Bishop Auckland
Location: Bishop Auckland
Shifts: 7am-2pm or 3pm-10pm
Work Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Reablementcarersfocusonhelpingpeopledothingsforthemselvesratherthandoingtasksontheirbehalf.Theysupportindividualsinactivitiessuchascooking,washing,dressing,movingaroundthehome,andparticipatinginsocialactivities,usinga "doingwith" approachthatencouragesautonomyandconfidence.
Their work is typically short-term,intensive,andgoal-focused,oftenlasting upto six weeks,thoughthedurationmayvarydependingonthepersonsprogress.
