Pour accompagner son développement, Perenco recherche un Subsidiary finance Coordinator pour un poste basé à Londres.
Poste :
Au sein de la direction financière du groupe, vous serez rattaché au coordinateur financier filiales et l\’accompagnerez dans des missions de support aux filiales comme des missions transversales au niveau groupe et notamment :
– La participation active dans le processus de reporting, dans l\’élaboration des budgets et dans le suivi de la stratégie moyen-terme,
– L\’accompagnement technique des filiales dans les problématiques comptables, analytiques et/ou fiscales depuis Londres ou en filiale,
– L\’amélioration des processus existants afin de renforcer la pertinence et la fiabilité de l\’information financière,
– Des missions d\’audit, d\’assistance ou de remplacement des directeurs financiers des filiales,
– Le support financier et fiscal des équipes M&A dans les projets d\’acquisition d\’actifs.
Le poste est évolutif et doit permettre d\’acquérir en moins de 3 ans (selon l\’expérience du candidat) les valeurs du groupe et la maturité nécessaire permettant de prendre un poste en filiale comme directeur financier adjoint ou directeur financier.
Profil et compétences :
– Master (Bac+5) : école de commerce, école d\’ingénieur avec une spécialisation finance ou master universitaire en finance, comptabilité, audit ou contrôle de gestion,
– 3 d\’expérience professionnelle au sein d\’une direction financière ou d\’un cabinet d\’audit,
– Connaissances requises en comptabilité, fiscalité, normes internationales et contrôle de gestion.
– Anglais et Français obligatoire,
– Flexibilité, mobilité (+/-40%) et adaptabilité sont indispensables,
– Une première expérience à l\’étranger ou dans un contexte multiculturel serait un plus.
