At Peregrine, we’re always seeking Specialist Talent that have the ideal mix of skills, experience, and attitude, to place with our vast array of clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a London-based programme on a permanent basis. This role is well suited to someone with strong leadership capability and extensive experience in UAT and business-focused testing within regulated or secure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small test team (circa 5 testers) delivering business and UAT testing activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and non-technical users throughout the UAT lifecycle
- Own and coordinate UAT and business testing, ensuring testing aligns with business requirements and delivery timelines
- Manage defect and triage processes, including prioritisation and communication with relevant teams
- Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Ensure testing activities follow agreed standards, processes, and governance
Required Experience
- Proven experience working as a Test Lead or senior test professional
- Strong background in UAT and business testing (non-automated / manual testing)
- Demonstrable experience managing and coordinating a small test team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with business and non-technical teams
- Experience in defect triage and test coordination
- Active SC Clearance
