At Peregrine, we drive digital transformation projects in large complex organisations. Using a consultancy-led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT talent.
The Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our well-established, dynamic, and collaborative team. Our mission is to deliver first-class service to our key customers within luxury retail, aerospace and defence, facilities management and public sector. The successful candidate will have a personalised development plan and will play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
Role and responsibilities
- You will deliver training ranging in duration from 1 day to 6 weeks.
- You will be the primary point of contact for cohorts of training and bespoke training as required.
- You will develop engaging training materials and support candidates throughout their journey.
- You will work alongside other trainers to support the schedule and make improvements to materials based on feedback.
- Trainer with a strong background in Project Management and/or Business Analysis to deliver impactful, real-world training to adult learners.
What you'll Need to Be Successful
- Agile methodologies & frameworks (Scrum, ITIL)
- Great with people and comfortable behind a camera
- Project Management (APM, PMP Essential) or Business Analysis (BCS certification Essential)
- Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners in professional settings online and in-person
- Excellent verbal and written communication
