The role: We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a central role in driving technology transformation, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across the technology landscape. In this role, you will work closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The team provides critical analysis and reporting capabilities that help ensure programmes and projects are aligned to business objectives and delivered effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and process improvement techniques, alongside excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will be placed within the department responsible for shaping and delivering the technology strategy, architecture, platforms, and infrastructure that support our clients' global operations. Your function plays a central role in driving technology transformation, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across the technology landscape. As part of the organisation, the Business Analyst team works closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The team provides critical analysis and reporting capabilities that help ensure programmes and projects are aligned to business objectives and delivered effectively. This role will support a range of initiatives by gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, producing process maps and operating models, and providing clear and concise management reporting. Working across multiple workstreams, the Business Analyst will be responsible for translating complex information into meaningful insights and documentation that support decision-making and programme delivery.
Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and process improvement techniques, alongside excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience using tools such as Visio for process modelling and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting and presentations will be essential, as will the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across technology and business functions.
