As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.
The Source-to-Pay programme will modernise and streamline procurement processes by integrating sourcing, procurement, and invoicing into a seamless, end-to-end solution. This transformation helps improve operational efficiency, enhance supplier collaboration, and ensure real-time visibility across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Product Portfolio, managing the EIT elements on Global Source to Pay which is a Type-4 transformation project.
- Coordinate and project manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage resource planning including availability, allocation and tracking, to support both day-to-day operations and transformation activities.
- Developing detailed project plans to track progress including dependencies and milestones.
- Creating, forecasting and managing project budgets.
- Communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and change management records, to support governance and audit readiness.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Complex stakeholder Management.

- Experience of working with procurement systems.
