Join us as a Senior Project Manager at Peregrine Resourcing. At Peregrine, we are always seeking Specialist Talent that have the ideal mix of skills, experience, and attitude, to place with our vast array of clients.
The Role: The Source-to-Pay programme will modernise and streamline procurement processes by integrating sourcing, procurement, and invoicing into a seamless, end-to-end solution. This transformation helps improve operational efficiency, enhance supplier collaboration, and ensure real-time visibility across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Product Portfolio, managing the EIT elements on Global Source to Pay which is a Type-4 transformation project.
- Coordinate and project manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage resource planning including availability, allocation and tracking, to support both day-to-day operations and transformation activities.
- Developing detailed project plans to track progress including dependencies and milestones.
- Creating, forecasting and managing project budgets.
- Communicating effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and interested parties.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and change management records, to support governance and audit readiness.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
