We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Product Design Lead to shape and define early‑stage strategic change initiatives within a large‑scale payments and financial infrastructure environment. This role will focus on discovery, product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and high‑level solution design for complex transformation programmes. You will work across business, policy, and technology teams to define product direction and ensure initiatives are ready to transition into delivery. Please note: Active SC Clearance is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and high‑level design activities for new strategic capabilities
- Analyse stakeholder requirements and translate them into clear product direction
- Produce high‑quality documentation including business cases, option analysis, and high‑level requirements
- Shape roadmap priorities through engagement with senior stakeholders
- Support external and industry engagement activities including consultations and discussion papers
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned, feasible, and ready for downstream delivery teams
