This role is a key delivery role within a workstream responsible for coordinating delivery in the software teams and aligning across the business to ensuring predictable outcomes. The Delivery Manager works primarily with software development teams, tracking, guiding, and overseeing delivery through sprints and Programme Increments (PIs). The role also works closely with Operations, Testing, Support, and PLM to align plans, manage dependencies, and deliver within agreed budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate delivery plans across multiple teams
  • Track and manage delivery through sprints and PIs
  • Understand and monitor team velocity, capacity, and bandwidth
  • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and constraints early
  • Guide teams to maintain predictable, sustainable delivery
  • Coordinate plans across development, operations, testing, support, and PLM
  • Manage and track delivery budgets and forecasts
  • Report delivery status, risks, and progress to key stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • Software engineering background or strong technical delivery experience
  • Solid experience in Software Project / Programme / Delivery Management
  • Proven budget ownership and cost tracking experience
  • Strong experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Hands‑on experience working with Agile teams using Scrum and/or scaled Agile frameworks
