How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:
- Act as the finance business partner to programme and change teams, supporting delivery of multiple initiatives.
- Provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring robust and accurate programme cost management.
- Challenge and validate financial assumptions, supporting business cases and investment decisions.
- Deliver clear, structured financial insight to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful outputs.
- Support governance and reporting, ensuring costs are aligned to regulatory expectations and value for money.
What you need to bring:
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and modelling, ideally within programme or project environments.
- Proven ability to partner with and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
- Experience working across multiple workstreams or initiatives simultaneously.
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience.
