The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with deep technical expertise in networking, infrastructure, AWS, and Unix/Linux environments.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nSupport IT Service Desk and other areas of the business.\\n\\nManage and support IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and end-user environments.\\n\\nCollaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud teams to ensure smooth operations of AWS and Unix/Linux systems.\\n\\nImplement and maintain ITIL-aligned service management processes.\\n\\nDrive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across IT support functions.\\n\\nEnsure prompt escalation and resolution of complex technical issues.\\n\\nPartner with other IT and business teams to support projects, upgrades, and rollouts.\\n\\nMaintain documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n5+ years of experience Supporting IT Service Desk or IT Support teams.\\n\\nProven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.\\n\\nHands-on knowledge of AWS, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.\\n\\nStrong understanding of ITIL framework and incident/change management.\\n\\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\\n\\nExperience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk).\\n\\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nRelevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.\\n\\nAbout us: \\n\\nAt Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
