We are seeking an Information Data Architect to design and evolve information architecture across complex environments. In this role, you will shape data models, improve architecture design, and ensure solutions are aligned with wider enterprise strategy, working closely with stakeholders and architecture teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing design decisions and driving improvements in data architecture to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements
- Design and communicate information architecture solutions across the business
- Identify areas for improvement in existing data and information frameworks
- Develop conceptual, logical and application data models
- Create prototypes for information architecture flows
- Collaborate with business, application and technology architecture teams
- Enhance existing architectures to improve usability and digital accessibility
- Promote best practice and update teams on architecture standards and developments

Skills & experience
- Proven experience in data and information architecture roles
- Strong experience creating and managing conceptual, logical and application data models
- Experience using an enterprise architecture repository
- Familiarity with at least one enterprise architecture framework
- Understanding of architecture modelling approaches such as Archimate, SysML or UML
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
Tools and technologies:

Desirable skills
- TOGAF certified
- DAMA certified
- BCS certified
- Experience working across multiple architecture disciplines
