From Business Analysts in large government organisations to Software Developers in the private sector – we are always in search of the best talent to place, now.

How Specialist Talent Works:

At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, customer-facing digital initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end programme execution across mobile apps, customer portals, and web platforms — working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

This is a senior leadership position requiring excellent stakeholder engagement, strong programme governance, and a deep understanding of digital technologies, particularly within regulated industries such as Financial Services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale digital transformation programmes with a focus on customer-facing platforms (apps, portals, websites).
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from business case through to implementation, benefits realisation, and post-launch support.
  • Define and maintain robust programme governance including planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models across multiple workstreams and vendors.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver integrated technical solutions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for C-suite and senior stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure digital solutions align with architectural, regulatory, and customer experience standards.
  • Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement throughout the programme.

Person Specification:

You will have the following skills or proven experience:

  • 8–15+ years of programme leadership experience, with 3–5+ years specifically in digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex digital initiatives – apps, websites, or customer portals – ideally within Financial Services or another regulated environment.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery teams including architecture, design, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid delivery models.
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams; strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, mobile frameworks, and digital architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – including executive-level engagement.
  • Experience managing multiple third parties, vendors, and delivery partners.
