Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Hendon technical teams, other identified stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure that a high quality of service is provided.
  • Assessing the demand and allocating resources effectively.
  • Collating and producing reports.
  • Conducting impact assessments.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience from performing a similar role (e.g. Delivery Manager).
  • Experience of using JIRA.
  • Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and work as part of a team and to engage effectively with suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive to follow tasks through to completion.
