The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to support an enterprise-level organisation in designing and implementing robust data architectures. The role requires expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, enterprise architecture principles, and data modelling best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise-level data architecture solutions.
- Design and maintain data models to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Utilise ArchiMate for data architecture design and documentation.
- Ensure effective data governance and management of large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimise database structures for performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with overall IT strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft stack, including Azure and SQL Server.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modelling techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with ArchiMate for architectural design and documentation.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimisation.
- Ability to manage large datasets effectively and ensure data integrity.
