This is an exciting time as this programme has grown over the last 24 months to provide digital solutions and improvements to many parts of our operation. The team have utilised the capability of the Dynamics platform to provide solutions across our business teams from Covid related projects to space licensing regulation. The candidate needs a background in CRM development and customisation preferably on Dynamics 365 with an ability to configure and utilise in-built functionality on the system and potentially develop custom plugin code in C#. The candidate will join a team that supports the current Production platform for live system issues alongside working on new enhancements and work packages that involve a mixture of bespoke customised development, workflow and configuration. The ratio of support work to new work is typically 1 day per week on incidents and 4 days a week on new development. The team utilises a Scrum Agile delivery process working in sprints that make up regular heart-beat deliveries that deploy new functionality every 4 weeks or so. The candidate will be joining an existing team of developers in a Scrum team additionally consisting of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Testers. Key Responsibilities: Development and 3rd line support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Customisation of D365 module components such as Portal, Marketing, PSA, Resource Manager, D365 Sales, and Standard D365 Power apps D365 Case Management product areas Business Process Flows, power automate, custom plug-ins and workflow activities Coding and debugging in C# for plug in and custom development Requirements: Essential Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills Development and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM customisation using JavaScript CRM extension through C# .Net development Experience of DevOps, Agile and the concepts of CI/CD Capable of dealing directly with business users; working alongside testers to ensure that software quality standards are met Ability to determine and suggest most appropriate way to deliver requirements using the combination of features, code, and tools in D365 and associated applications Knowledge of the D365 product suite and a thirst to maintain that knowledge Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate Desirable Skills: Familiarity with ITIL concepts Understanding of Microsoft Azure hosting services Web service development Knowledge and experience with D365 latest product offerings About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
