Transformation Trainer (Specialising in Adult learning)
About us: At Peregrine, we drive digital transformation projects in large complex organisations. Using a consultancy-led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT talent.
The Role: We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our well-established team as a Transformation Trainer. You will deliver training ranging in duration from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will be the primary point of contact for cohorts of training and bespoke training as required. You will develop engaging training materials and support candidates throughout their journey. Peregrine's mission is to deliver a first-class service to our key customers within luxury retail, aerospace and defence, facilities management and public sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
As a Change & Transformation Trainer for Peregrine you will:
- Deliver engaging and impactful training programmes tailored to young adult learners, with durations ranging from one day to six weeks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for training cohorts, providing ongoing guidance, support, and a high-quality learner experience.
- Design and develop dynamic, learner-centred training materials grounded in adult learning principles, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and engaging.
- Support candidates in building skills, confidence, and readiness for transformation and change.
- Work collaboratively with other trainers to contribute to the effective delivery of the training schedule while continuously improving content and delivery methods based on learner feedback and outcomes.
What you'll Need to Be Successful:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, ITIL).
- Professional certification in Project Management (APM, PMP) or Business Analysis (BCS essential).
- Proven experience designing and delivering training for adult learners in professional environments, both online and in-person.
- Ability to create engaging, practical, and learner-centred content aligned to real-world application.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable delivering virtually and on camera.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage, motivate, and support learners.
