Peregrine Trainer for our future talent cohorts. At Peregrine, we drive digital transformation projects in large complex organisations. Using a consultancy-led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT talent.
Our mission is to deliver first-class service to our key customers within luxury retail, aerospace and defence, facilities management and public sector.
You will deliver training ranging in duration from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will be the primary point of contact for cohorts of training and bespoke training as required. You will develop engaging training materials and support candidates throughout their journey.
We are looking for a trainer with a strong background in Project Management and/or Business Analysis to deliver impactful, real-world training to adult learners. Are you an experienced trainer passionate about adult learning and equipping professionals with the tools to lead change?
- Agile methodologies & frameworks (Scrum, ITIL)
- Project Management (APM, PMP Essential) or Business Analysis (BCS certification Essential)
- Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners in professional settings online and in-person
