Join us as a Change Manager for our client in the media industry. At Peregrine, we’re always seeking Specialist Talent that have the ideal mix of skills, experience, and attitude, to place with our vast array of clients.

As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.

You will be responsible for liaising with the programme/project delivery teams and preparing the business for the transition to new ways of working by assisting in creating and implementing change management strategies. The main project will be the transition from Microsoft to Google products.

Your role will involve engagement with senior management across the business and an in-depth involvement with operational teams, leading by example and championing change. You will need the ability to lead, support, coach and empower others to deliver in a multifaceted area of work.

  • Delivery: Create and lead the project to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
  • Project Management: Day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team. Set project controls. Design the project structure appropriate to stage.
  • Business Case: Coordinate development of the Business Case.
  • Resources: Schedule/manage resources to deliver the project. Ensure appropriate Benefits Realisation Strategy is in place, and monitor longer term delivery of benefits against the Business Case.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships.
  • Risks & Issues: Identify and monitor project risks and issues.
  • Governance: Provide key reports and support effective governance and decision making.
  • Assurance: Support or set appropriate project assurance.
  • Change Management: Ensure effective Change Management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed with stakeholders.
  • Guidance & Support: Seek appropriate support, guidance and coaching from the project community. Promote effective individual and team performance.
  • Project Performance & Controls: Build Project Plan and apply appropriate project principles to deliver stated objectives. Identify and set appropriate Project Controls.

You can provide strong and effective leadership and communicate confidently orally and in writing, giving direction whilst making balanced judgements around when to escalate. You can build support networks quickly, proactively creating and maintaining positive, professional and trusting working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside the organisation.

You bring a fresh perspective whatever the situation or context. You can be flexible and versatile, and you act as an advocate for change, leading by example. You scan the horizon and quickly analyse information from a range of internal and external sources, identify potential issues/risks that may impact on delivery and intended outcomes and benefits, and put plans in place to mitigate these and escalate when required.

You are well organised, with experience of balancing multiple responsibilities and can quickly reassess workloads/priorities, and delegate appropriately when there are conflicting demands to maintain performance and deliver.

Change or project management qualification such as APMG Change Management.
