We are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals to join our Change Delivery function as Change Analysts / PMOs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years' professional experience, either within business change, project delivery, PMO environments, or in roles that have involved strong stakeholder engagement and coordination.

Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive 3-4 week training programme designed to develop core change management, project delivery and PMO skills, equipping them to support a range of transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of business change and transformation projects.
  • Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, communications and status updates.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation to gather information and support project objectives.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
  • Monitor project progress and help ensure delivery against agreed timelines.

Experience

  • 2-4 years' professional experience in a Change, PMO, Project Support, Business Support or similar role; or
  • Experience in roles involving senior stakeholder management, coordination, planning or business operations with a desire to reskill into change and project delivery.
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn new methodologies, tools and ways of working.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Financial services experience would be desirable.
